How can I utilize my Literacy Coach to serve ALL teachers?

Utilizing Literacy Coaches to serve all teachers in your school building can be a large task at hand! But, it can be done! Meet with your coach at the beginning of the year! We tier students, so why not tier educators and support staff? Work with your Literacy Coach to empower other teachers to become teacher leaders and become a part of the coaching process. Yes…..coaching cycles are usually 6-8 weeks, but there is no “one size fits all” for coaching. We just know that we want RESULTS! Tier your teachers and needs, create mini labs, and growth charts. You can conquer this as a team!
