How do you end your coaching year?

The end of the school year can be very hectic! How do you end your coaching year? How do you allow faculty and staff to visualize their growth and their students’ growth? Even through this busy time of year, it is important that everyone can see their success…EVEN YOU! End the year with a vision board. How? I thought vision boards come at the beginning of the year! It doesn’t have to….you can actually have teachers create a vision board of their success to transfer to the next school year. How encouraging is this?!
