What was your most challenging coaching moment??

I will share mine! We have all had challenging coaching moments! I prepared a wonderful model lesson for a first grade class, and the students were NOT interested in the content! That is when I began to include an interest inventory with coaching sessions before model lessons so that I could facilitate a student-centered lesson with materials of interest to the most important factor of coaching…..THE STUDENTS!
